Based on surveys regarding international tourist destinations, certification according to international standards reserves multiple benefits for the hotel units regardless of their size, category and seasonality.
Certification is the distinctive characteristic of a hotel’s effective organization and operation, which arises from the establishment and implementation of an operating system procedure in all processes of the hotel (reservations, housekeeping, restaurant, etc). That is why it may be a basic criterion of selection and reliability of a destination by the visitors.

  • Preparation for classification of Touristic units (Hotels, Rooms for rent) based on Stars/ Keys criteria. Issuing of National Tourist Organization signage.
  • Development and implementation of Management systems based on international standards (ISO 9001, HACCP/ ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 18001-OHSAS)
  • Preparation of required documentation for certification according to national or international standards for hotels. (“Greek Breakfast”, Green Key, Travel Life, etc.)

Additionally, recognizing the importance of participation in internationally recognized organizations and the acquisition of renowned brands, we propose and undertake the integration of your business on major international associations of Hotels and Accommodations (Leading Hotels of the World, Small Elegant Hotels, Small Luxury Hotels, etc.)
